Dear Friends in Christ -

posted Sep 25, 2017, 2:26 PM by Shannon Vietmeier
We had a very full morning yesterday! We gathered for the services of God's house twice, celebrated the rite of confirmation, engaged in a lively discussion about Father Abraham, and our children learned and sang about him too. We have a few people opening Luther's Small Catechism to learn the basics of the Lutheran faith, and members of the Nominating Committee met to begin the process of electing new leadership for 2018.

When I leave here on Sundays, I find myself wiped out by holy exhaustion. There is something beautiful about the many ways God encounters us through his Word and in Christian community. It is wonderful to be a part of. I hope that you, too, find yourself energized and renewed by God's amazing grace which we experience together. And if you haven't experienced it in a while, come on back! You're always welcome and you've been invited by the Lord!
Blessings on your Week!
