Dear Friends in Christ -

I have the privilege of being Pastor Daddy to little Oliver. Many of you have watched the last few Sundays at our 10:30am service, when he is determined to join me at the front of the church. Like good Lutherans, you have respected and honored me as I play triple roles of vocations on Sunday mornings as Pastor, husband, and dad. Thank you for your understanding; it is a gift to our family.

Also, yesterday morning, the Faith Formation kids were blowing the trumpets for battle down the education wall. It was a great moment while the adults were talking about the story to hear them joyfully announcing the victory of God and his people at Jericho.

We have a great privilege to share the faith with everyone who walks through our door. It is a unique opportunity to share it with every family and young child that joins us on Sunday mornings. I would continue to encourage you to reach out across generations. Everyone can use another Grandma or Grandpa. If you see a parent who needs help in the service, reach out to them. I would love for the culture of our church to be not only Oliver-friendly, but every-kid-every-family friendly.

Thank you for supporting families and their faith!
Pastor Culynn
