Dear Friends in Christ -

Sunday was a big day at Holy Cross! The Spirit gathered us around the apostles' teaching, the breaking of bread, and the prayers. At 10:30am, we welcomed Wyatt into the family of God through the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. People from every generation spent time studying Exodus 14 and Romans 9. Lastly, family and friends of Jim Holt gathered to remember him and give thanks for God's faithfulness in his life and in death.

As the people of God, we share all of life - both the joys and the sorrows. We celebrate the beginning of life, and we mourn the death of our loved ones. We carry one another through difficult times and we rejoice when God's blessings are apparent and abundant. Thank you for being the church with us at Holy Cross. It's true - the church is not a building; the church is the people!
